Groups - Start Here

We have 3 distinct roles within Start Here. All roles require that you be a Christ Follower, team player, and at least 18 years old.

Host

Hosts help with setup and cleanup, greet participants, and serve everyone through providing basic hospitality. This role is ideal for someone with the gift of hospitality that loves serving others in this way.

Table Leader

Table Leaders lead small tables of participants by facilitating conversation, answering questions, following up with participants after the class, serving as a short-term connection for those new to BR, and help their participants get connected within the church. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading a small group of people and who has been a part of BR long enough to have a story of their own; where they've personally been obedient to take next steps into community and serving.

Teachers

Teachers lead the class and teach the curriculum. This role is ideal for someone who is a clear and welcoming communicator, is comfortable with public speaking, and has been a part of BR long enough to have a story of their own; where they've personally been obedient to take next steps into community and serving.
